Commercial Financing & Factoring Disclosures

1. True Commercial Factoring
Install Factoring (the "Platform") matches completed installation invoice and commission receivable portfolios with third-party B2B factoring partners. All transactions initiated through the platform represent true commercial factoring (purchase and sale of accounts receivable) under applicable state commercial laws, not consumer credit, mortgage, or revolving credit lines.
2. Discount Fee Structure & Calculation
Factoring discount fees are charged as a single, all-inclusive flat percentage of the invoice face value. Because factoring represents an outright sale of an asset (receivables) rather than a loan, there are no annual percentage rates (APR), compounded interest schedules, late fee penalties, or automatic daily bank drafts. The total fee size depends directly on the credit terms agreed with your paying carrier or developer (e.g. Net 30 is 3.5%, Net 60 is 5.0%).
3. Recourse vs. Non-Recourse Provisions
Participating finance syndicates purchase installation receivables primarily on a recourse basis. This means the contractor retains responsibility to repurchase the receivable ONLY if the underlying work was not genuinely performed, contains valid legal disputes, or has preexisting liens. It does not penalize you if the carrier experiences unexpected corporate bankruptcy.
4. Partner Affiliate Networks
This technology platform operates as an intake portal in synergy with affiliated telecom platforms including Envoy Fiber, FiberInternetInstallation.com, and CommercialFiberInternet.com. Install Factoring receives administrative, marketing, or technology integration fees from participating direct funding sources which may affect the routing or assignment of eligibility scores.
