Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 25, 2026
Who we are
Install Factoring is operated by Envoy Fiber, LLC (“we,” “us”), which controls the personal information collected through installfactoring.com. If you have questions about this policy or want to exercise your rights, contact us at support@installfactoring.com.
What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we collect:
- Business contact information you submit through our forms — such as your name, business name, email address, and details about your invoices or monthly volume.
- Invoice and financial details you submit for eligibility review or invoice submission — such as invoice identifiers, face amounts, payment terms, and payer names.
- Documents you upload or transmit as proof of work or invoice records.
- Support messages you send us, including the content of your issue and your contact details.
- Analytics and online identifiers. If you consent, Google Analytics 4 collects standard web analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device/browser characteristics, and a client identifier. See “Analytics and consent” below.
How we use it
- To review eligibility and route qualified sellers to independent B2B factoring partners (underwriting handoff).
- To process invoice submissions and communicate with you about them.
- To answer support requests sent to our contact and support forms or email.
- To measure site performance and improve the experience, when you have consented to analytics.
- To operate and secure the site.
Where information comes from
We receive personal information directly from you when you fill in a form, submit an invoice, upload a document, or email us. We also receive analytics data from your browser when analytics has been consented to. Our affiliated Envoy-family sites may refer you to this site along with the inquiry details you submitted there.
Who we share it with
- Service providers: our hosting provider; a database service (Convex) that stores invoice submission data sent from the site; Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent); and Resend, which delivers confirmation and internal notification emails for our contact and support forms.
- Affiliated sites: Envoy Fiber, LLC operates affiliated websites (such as envoyfiber.com and internetbyaddress.com). Inquiry and referral details may be shared among these affiliates so that referrals can be routed to Install Factoring or partner funding sources. This sharing is part of how referrals work — it is not a sale of your information.
- Factoring partners: if you proceed toward an offer, the information needed for underwriting is shared with the independent B2B factoring partners involved in routing and pricing your transaction, under their own agreements and privacy practices.
- Law and safety: where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
We do not sell personal information for money. The affiliate referral sharing described above involves routing inquiries within our own corporate family and to funding partners as part of the service — we disclose it plainly here so you can weigh it.
Cookies, local storage, and analytics consent
This site keeps things deliberately light:
- Google Analytics 4 (G-4PN1NE811L) is not loaded at all until you press “Accept” on the banner. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under the key
analytics-consent. To withdraw consent, clear your browser storage for this site or use the banner when it reappears — declining stops future analytics loads. - Operator sessions: our admin console uses one essential cookie (
if_admin) that is HTTP-only and cryptographically signed. It exists only for authorized staff sign-in and is not used for advertising or tracking.
How long we keep information
We retain information as long as needed for underwriting, legal, and business purposes. Because needs differ by record type and transaction stage, we don’t publish a single fixed period here — contact us at support@installfactoring.com and we will tell you what we hold and how long it is kept for your specific records.
Your rights (including California)
For California residents, this section also serves as our notice at collection under the CCPA/CPRA. At collection, the categories listed above are collected for the business purposes described above, and we retain each category for as long as described in “How long we keep information.”
- The right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share about you.
- The right to request access to a copy of your personal information.
- The right to request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- The right to opt out of sharing or “sales” of personal information — see our statement above; analytics can always be declined or withdrawn via the consent banner.
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@installfactoring.com with your request. We will verify your identity as needed and respond within the timeframe the law requires. Residents of other states with similar laws may use the same address.
Children
This site is a business service directed at companies and business owners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we maintain a written information security program modeled on FTC Safeguards Rule practices. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please never send bank credentials or passwords by email.
Changes to this policy
We will update the effective date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect where practicable.
