Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms are between you (the business owner or authorized representative using this site) and Envoy Fiber, LLC d/b/a Install Factoring (“Install Factoring,” “we,” “us”).

2. What the service is

Install Factoring operates a platform that receives invoice submissions and routes qualified sellers to independent B2B factoring partners, who decide whether to make offers, disburse advances, and collect from payers. We are not a lender, not a broker of consumer credit, and not a direct funder — we do not advance our own capital. We do not guarantee that any seller will receive an offer or funding, and any funding is subject to invoice qualification, underwriting standards, partner availability, and the terms of your executed agreement with the purchasing partner.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and authorized to act for the business you submit on behalf of.

4. Accounts & accuracy

Where any console or account view is offered, keep your access credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of everything you submit, including invoice details and proof-of-work records. Misrepresenting work, invoices, or payer information is grounds for immediate termination and may constitute fraud.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no scraping that degrades service, no submitting information you have no right to submit, no attempting to access staff consoles or other users’ data, no interfering with security controls, and no using the site to violate applicable law.

6. Invoice submissions & consents

When you submit an invoice through the platform, you confirm the underlying work was performed as billed. You authorize the factoring partners purchasing your invoices to record their interest in those invoices — including filing UCC-1 financing statements where they deem it appropriate — and to verify invoices, payment terms, and account status directly with the named payer. You also consent to our sharing submission details with affiliates and partners for routing and underwriting as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Key definitions

• Chargeback window: the payment term printed on the invoice (Net 30, Net 45, Net 60, or Net 90), measured from the invoice date, during which the payer may raise a dispute or chargeback about the work.
• Recourse: a seller may have to repurchase an invoice only when the billed work was misrepresented or fraudulent; the invoice was subject to a preexisting lien or encumbrance; or the payer raises a bona fide dispute or chargeback about the work.
• Reserve release: after the payer’s remittance clears and any dispute is resolved, reserves are returned minus amounts needed to resolve disputes or recourse events. Release timing depends on payer remittance and dispute resolution; we don’t publish fixed day-counts.

8. Fees

Factoring fees are flat discounts on invoice face value. Our published schedule is Net 30 — 3.5%, Net 45 — 4.2%, Net 60 — 5.0%, and Net 90 — 6.5%. These are the only published rates; individual offers set the rate within the tier assigned by underwriting, and the rates and terms in your executed offer and agreement control over anything published on this site. 9. Disclaimers

The site is provided for informational and transactional intake purposes “as is.” Nothing on it is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consult your own professionals for advice about your specific situation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms is limited to the amounts you actually paid us to use the platform — which, because platform use is typically free to sellers, will usually be zero.

11. Indemnification

You agree to cover us against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from information you submitted that was inaccurate or fraudulent, work you performed that was misrepresented to us or a partner, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the platform at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or exposes us, our affiliates, or partners to risk. You may stop using the site at any time. Sections that should reasonably survive termination (including definitions, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) do survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting executed transactions remain governed by the agreements you signed.

14. Dispute resolution

If you have a dispute with us, email support@installfactoring.com first and give us 30 days to resolve it in good faith. If we can’t resolve it, the dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action; disputes must be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding. Either party may bring a claim in small-claims court instead.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Envoy Fiber, LLC maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any agreement you execute with a purchasing partner, make up the entire understanding between you and Install Factoring regarding the platform.
